Senior Manager, Customer Program – Fort Worth
The Senior Manager, Regional Customer Programs, is responsible for overseeing and driving regionally assigned initiatives to organize, develop, implement and grow strategic business relationships with our customers. This position is required to ensure that customer operations are supported through strong business partner relationships, executing deliverables per contractual and industry requirements, and ensuring compliance with budgetary and profitability goals. They will be expected to submit management recommendations, provide guidance and consultation regarding business processes, systems, contract management and development and continuous improvement.
The Senior Manager, Regional Customer Programs will regularly evaluate their customer programs management teams, customer site locations and performance, department and supply chain processes, and the allocation and forecasting of resources in order to deliver a consistent philosophy of customer service and quality, and to secure a recognizable competitive advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and incorporate the Incora philosophy, values, vision, and objectives
- Lead by example, utilizing hands-on leadership skills, industry knowledge, and experience to establish and maintain positive customer, supplier and business relationships
- Prepare and deliver effective Company and customer presentations
- Confer regularly with management to discuss business plans
- Organize and structure management teams for success
- Engage in the execution of new and current customer program activities
- Actively develop Incora customer relationships
- Actively participate and implement processes to manage customer discrepancies
- Direct and enforce regulatory compliance
- Facilitate and manage budgets and reporting compliance
- Provide guidance and support for the growth and/or re-alignment of Business Processes
- Manage and report out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and report upon data received in relation to inventory activity and values, as required
- Prepare effective and timely performance evaluations for subordinates, administer salary adjustments, promotions or disciplinary actions; driving maximum productivity and quality, in accordance with budgetary restrictions and compensation policies   Â

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another relevant field of study; partnered with 6-8 years of functional experience in management capacity. Or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Experience
- Proven ability to manage internal supply chains/logistics
- Proven experience and abilities in execution of organizational and/or operational changes
- Demonstrated knowledge in contract development and implementation
- Proven ability to build effective management teams
- Demonstrated business acumen in critical thinking applications that drive profitable and ethical decisions
- Prior Profit and Loss responsibilities are preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize operational and financial data to make appropriate business decisions
- Ability to organize plans, people, and resources
- Excellent ability to direct and oversee multiple major projects and organizational changes simultaneously, with success
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret product specification requirements, industry standards and statistical data to generate profitable results
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically
- Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets)
