You’ll collaborate across our SM& EVI, EBS and WMS teams providing expert H&S advice for residential and business installations, sharing resources and driving continuous improvement through learning.

You’ll understand and manage the risk profiles across SM&EVI, EBS, and WMS, ensuring high-risk activities comply with policies and standards. As part of the Reimagining Field Project you’ll input and drive a cultural change from a Health Safety and Wellbeing perspective.

You’ll lead the end-to-end best practices in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing across all sites and contractors, developing plans and making sure that standards are met. You'll investigate incidents with senior leaders, learning from events and making recommendations for improvements.

You’ll monitor and enhance contractor HS&W performance, ensuring compliance. With autonomy, you’ll guide H&S decisions within the business context, advising senior leaders.

As the Senior Manager, you’ll steer the HS&W strategy using data to set objectives. You'll influence senior management to achieve Zero Harm and legal compliance. You'll develop strategies and policies, ensuring field activities meet all regulations.

Driving a culture of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you'll identify improvement opportunities and solutions to support new business needs. You'll collaborate with companywide H&S experts, Trade Union partners, People partners, regulatory bodies, and third parties, providing guidance and support to your team and contribute to the maintenance of management systems and ISO standards.
