Canon Ireland is looking for a talented Senior FieldEngineer to join our Production Print team, providing top-notch service and support to our customers in Muster and on occasion Leinster. What we give
As a Senior Production Field Engineer, you will:

1. Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices:
-
Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.

Stay up-to-date on software updates and technical bulletins, keeping devices at peak performance.

Calibrate and profile printers for colour accuracy, optimizing output quality.

2. Provide Expert Technical Support:

Support the team by taking ownership of technical problems and escalations.

Act as liaison between technical specialists and local service team.

Assist service manager in overseeing hardware/software upgrades and complex technical issues.

3. Work on Major Installations and Projects:

Contribute to/lead large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.

Ensure all work is executed to high standards, meeting customer expectations.

4. Proactive Customer Engagement:
-
Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.

Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.

5. Drive Continuous Improvement:
-
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.

Ensure all activities are accurately documented in line with Canon guidelines and policies.
What we ask
Experience & Technical Skills:
-
You have 3+ years of sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet, or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.

Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.

Location – Field Based – Munster
Salary – €55,659 plus in-role progression zones
