This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization as a Service Coordinator responsible to act as a central point of contact for customer queries, liaise with central teams, track and monitor progress through to resolution, escalate as appropriate and keep the customer and service manager informed.

What we ask

As our Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities and tasks are:

– Provide teams with ongoing, timely, efficient, and accurate administration support.

– Responsible for travel and hotel bookings in line with requirements.

– Responsible for the administration of the department’s recruitment needs.

– Raise purchase orders and CAPEXs requested by Service including managing invoicing in line with procurement processes.

– Take ownership for customer escalations related to toner/ink.  Ensure stock is delivered and where appropriate charge for emergency delivery if issue relates to customer error 

– Take ownership for service replacements ensuring both customer and Service Management are informed and updated of progress

– Co-ordination of customer complaints and feedback from Satisfaction Survey Index results for Service.

– Create and maintain records and process documents for Service.

– Other tasks as required by manager/team members

You will need

As the Service Coordinator, you will possess the following skills and expertise:

– Customer Service background

– Must have a good working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook

– An experience coordinator with a track record of success

– Self-motivated individual who is confident dealing with people at all levels

– Excellent organisational skills

– Remains calm under pressure and able to prioritise tasks and activities effectively

– Capacity to work in an environment focused on superior customer service and continuous business performance improvement.

– Uses tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information

– High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written communication.
