Our Digital department areresponsible for the Society’s Digital assets, external and internal – includingthe Society’s Intranet. Helping our Colleagues who in turn deliver for ourCustomers. We are looking to add to the team who deliver Intranet solutions.

This is an exciting time tojoin our team to help shape the future of Skipton Building Society through thedelivery of excellent Colleague solutions.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible forthe support and configuration of Colleague facing solutions – to enable them toget the best possible experience. Improving the colleague experience is key tothis role.

As part of the role we expect you to foster and enhance strong workingrelationships with stakeholders, and colleagues alike. You will identifysolutions to problems / business requirements through analysis, experience andunderstanding of the platform/toolkit.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate willpossess a proven track record of successfully delivering Intranet/web-based solutions.You must be experienced in all stages of a piece of delivery – from initialproblem statement or business requirements. Undertake analysis throughconfiguration and then handover/support/training as required. You will alsoposses the skills to manage the underlying platform.

You will have a strongtechnical understanding of Sharepoint 2013 (on-premise) – as well as toolswhich support delivery of solutions such asHTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript,Infopath and Nintex workflow.

Finally using your interpersonal skills to develop and maintain productiveworking relationships with key stakeholders is essential as well as thecapability to translate complex IT concepts to a non-technical audience.
