Canon UK are looking for a customer-focused individual to play a fundamental role in the day-to-day operation of the London based Print solutions showroom as a Showroom Assistant/Coordinator.
 
Forming part of the B2B Marketing Team, this is a rare opportunity to join Canon’s team located in our central London office based in Farringdon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, driving showroom utilisation, managing a busy demonstration/showroom diary, and helping the wider marketing department with administrative tasks and delivery of activities that help generate a demand for Canon and our Partners.

You will:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Showroom, including setup and cleardown of the space, upkeep of the devices and stock management.
  • Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm welcome, enhanced experience and lasting impression.
  • General administrative duties such as handling telephone and email enquiries, diary management, booking demonstrations and coordinating requests for print samples.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of events run by marketing, the Canon sales channels, and Partners.
  • Monitor and continually enhance showroom processes and procedures.
  • Provide general support to the wider marketing team on administrative tasks.
  • Strive for new ways that ensure customers receive the best possible experience through our showrooms.
  • Share valuable feedback to your marketing colleagues on any key insight that is gathered through customer engagements to ensure we are optimising our proposition development.
  • Take an active role in communicating showroom related activities via the appropriate internal and external communications channels.
  • Take an active role with showroom related reporting, analysis and continual improvement.
  • Identify any opportunities to improve the showroom environment through working with your showroom colleagues.
