You will be responsible for managing all samples that are sent to and from the studio, assisting with all reshoot requests from the business and ensuring the site adheres to all photography guidelines. • Image and Reshoot Management: Ensure all images and reshoots are uploaded timely, send weekly lists to the studio, and manage the reshoot log.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio Producer and Studio Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share findings monthly.
  • Daily Operations: Lead daily scheduling meetings, check sets every morning, and ensure all samples are shot on the correct models to prevent costly reshoots.
  • Reporting: Log all samples received, update logs, send out various reports to the wider business, and manage pre-shoot sample trackers.
