Technical Engineer (Quality) – Wroclaw

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Technical Engineer (Quality)  

The Quality & Engineering function is responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and translated into robust processes, which comply with legal and quality approval requirements. This is achieved by working with all employees to increase the company’s efficiency, effectiveness and profitability by identifying and facilitating opportunities for improvement.

You will have an opportunity to cooperate with global manufacturers and develop your skills, facilitating process compliance to Customer requirements and process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customer requirements are understood and translated into robust processes, which comply with legal and quality approval requirements
  • Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports
  • Manage supplier deviations and draw alteration requests
  • Solve Quality-related issues and non-conformance management
  • Control and modify information systems to ensure information is current and up-to-date
  • Manage and maintain data in compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in quality assurance/ engineering roles
  • Good communication skills (experience in communicating with customers/suppliers)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Ability to read technical drawings / analyze complex technical specifications
  • Good attention to details
  • Good MS Excel skills (knowledge of VBA will be an asset)
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry will be an asset
  • Knowledge of PPAP, FAI or 8D reports will be an advantage
