Job Advert: Training and Development CoordinatornnLocation: Cardiff/HybridnSalary: £25,000nnRole Overview: Join our dynamic team at the AA Driving School Academy as a Training and Development Coordinator. You’ll assist in managing training delivery, support the franchisee driving instructor training team, and maintain the Thrive learning platform. You’ll also coordinate virtual reality courses and online workshops, track trainee success rates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.nnKey Responsibilities:n• Support training activities within the Academyn• Assist the franchisee driving instructor training teamn• Administer and enhance the Thrive learning platformn• Develop and deliver virtual reality training coursesn• Organise online workshops and classroom sessionsn• Monitor and report on trainee success rates and trainer quality assurancen• Collaborate with Academy & Driving School TeamsnnWhat are we looking for?:n• Background in learning and development, curriculum design, delivery, and quality assurancen• Comfortable with dynamic ways of working and some business traveln• Intermediate competence in English, Numeracy, and ITn• Effective communicator with excellent time management and organisation skillsn• Resilient, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a teamnnConduct Rules:n• Act with integrity, due care, skill, and diligencen• Be open and cooperative with regulatorsn• Treat customers fairly and observe proper standards of market conductn• Deliver good outcomes for retail customersnnnAdditional InformationnnnWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
