We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Coordinator.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.

About You:
Oversee and guide day-to-day activities to ensure the team delivers high levels of process adherence and that all quality and delivery targets, specifically daily KPI’s, are monitored and achieved.
Adhere and train team members to specified customer quality requirements.
Weekly audits on product to ensure product meets quality specifications.
Daily and weekly 6s inspection of department
Communication through Microsoft Teams and Outlook for daily communication to internal and external customers
Complete various reports in line with KPI’s.
Attend regular operational meetings and liaise with other departments to review performance and update current progress against operational targets.
Ensure process adherence is delivered right first time to improve our operational effectiveness.
Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production reports, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple business correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate information to co-workers or customers in both one-on-one and small group situations.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner. Able to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations with supervisor, co-workers and customers.
