Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Services Manager (Regional Welcome Services Lead) to lead our teams based at the offices of one of the biggest professional services companies in the world!
Supporting the Head of Welcome Services, the Regional Welcome Services Lead will be responsible for managing our teams based at our clients’ offices across the north of England.
Responsible for ensuring that the team meet all client promises and KPI's, proactively identifying areas for improvement and always be one step ahead.
Hours for the role are as required to meet business needs and the position is Manchester based with travel to the regional locations required.
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Suitable candidates will have extensive corporate management experience for multi-site contracts and a proven ability to deliver a world-class service.
Team management and financial acumen/knowledge is essential, as well as previous experience in a 5* service environment
