Job Purpose and Summary

Back Office sales & Administration

Support the Sales in all Back Office activities, act in the background with a high oriented supports thoughts (internal and external).

Administration and coordination of Sales projects(tenders) via SFDC and merchandising orders within allocated product group.

Managing sales of Indirect & Small Direct Managed Accounts

Acquisition and initial contact with new and existing customers via telephone and the execution of sales promotion.

To work with NSO’s accounts where there is no assigned sales owner.

  • Contract control and processing of settlements with main partners
  • Communicating promotions, their control, and settlement
  • Settlement orders Control of sales ratios – Week of inventory/Backorders and their updates/Product allocation optimization
  • Creating new indices for partners, updating, and verification
  • Tele-sales to the Indirect & Small Direct Managed Accounts and handling small accounts
  • Customer data administration in the SFDC and/or other sales related tools
  • Coordinate monthly sales forecast based on Sales Projects pipeline & KAM input

What we ask

  • Good Excel & Power Point skills
  • Very good in English and Polish skills
  • Wants to gain experience in back office and sales
  • Likes to enter data into systems, and is responsible and committed to what he does is accurate and well organized
  • Good attitude to work in sales
