About the Role

Sense is recruiting a Office Administrator to join our team at our college in Loughborough, this is a full time permanent position.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide Administration support for the college. The successful applicant will be in charge of maintaining Databridge (management information system) and other database records as   required ensuring accuracy of data. You will also support the Data and Information Officer (DIO) by: Collecting information from various sources for entry on to the Individual Learner

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Inputting student targets onto college database
  • Log student attendance
  • Support with lunch cover timetabling for staff
  • Administration support for curriculum pathway leaders
  • Entering and checking data on the ILR. ILR in full and submit the ILR in the absence of the DIO

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office suite of applications and management information systems
  • Respect for confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity
  • A demonstrable commitment to enabling an inclusive and diverse workforce to reflect our community
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively
  • A commitment to people with complex communication and Sense’s vision and values; a willingness to learn how to communicate with people with complex communication and identify the barriers to their participation in all aspects of Sense’s work.
