The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our products continue to deliver excellence for our clients.
What You’ll Do

Develop highly detailed product specification documents.

Capturing and synthesising user requirements from customer-facing team members, product and technology teams.

Working with the technology and training teams to utilise the requirements as the basis of both test plans and customer documentation.

Reviewing the requirements document with key stakeholders and customers to ensure completeness.

Working in line with Tribepad’s employee and InfoSec policies and B-Corp status to maintain compliance.
About you
-
Expert written communication skills, particularly in software product requirements documentation.

Exceptional interpersonal skills – you need to form trusted relationships fast, and get the wisdom out of people’s heads and onto the page.

Strong matrix project management skills – i.e. you can get people to do stuff even though they don’t work for you.

An understanding of generative AI and LLMs. You are a fast learner with the ability to become an AI expert quickly.

An understanding of new software product development process.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly within private equity-backed scale-ups. You’ll be happy to think on your feet with incomplete information.

An understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.

An understanding of writing AI prompts.
What we offer

A great salary £45,000 to £55,000.

Home/Hybrid working – with occasional visits to the Sheffield office for key meetings.
