Job Description
Portico have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced Workplace Team Leader to start in the launch of our new Workspace.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for everyone on your assigned floor, leading a team of five Workplace Coordinators. You’ll set the tone each day with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for building meaningful connections. As the first point of escalation for your team, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly and consistently across colleague floors.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the workplace experience, fostering a culture that’s inclusive, energising, and inspiring. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of something transformative.

Shifts: Mon – Fri between 0700-1900
Salary: £40,000
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be personable, relatable individual with a strong customer-first mindset and at least two years’ experience in a structured customer service role with people management responsibilities. You’ll be confident in managing your time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in a law firm is a plus, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and consistently deliver exceptional service.
