IKEA Lakeside are looking to welcome a Customer Relations AssistantsBe the welcoming face that makes every IKEA visit feel smooth and stress-free. As a Customer Relations Co-worker, you’ll be at checkouts and other key touchpoints—helping with purchases, returns, and questions to ensure customers leave happy.WHAT WE OFFER • The Start Date of employment will be: 15th November 2025• Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour. • Part-time contracts are available, 18-30 Hours working 3-5 days per week including every 4th weekend off• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised. • You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately. • Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts. • Carry out admin tasks in relation to product and customer queries.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
