We’re on a mission to recruit an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. Your mission: inspire our customers and help them achieve great results with our recruitment software. 

You’ll be a trusted expert, a key player in the Tribepad team, and a champion of our People First agenda.

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Taking a proactive, empathetic approach, you’ll drive engagement, loyalty, and retention while supporting Tribepad in meeting its ESG goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to keep customers happy, engaged, and loyal.
  • Create and track customer success plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Monitor metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, resolving issues and addressing needs.
  • Track product usage and find ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and progress.
  • Advocate for customers internally to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Travel occasionally to Sheffield HQ and customer sites across the UK.
  • Support Tribepad in meeting their ESG goals.

About you:

You’re passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring experience, organisation, and a proactive approach to your work.

You’ll have:

  • A background in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in tech/software. 
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer success processes. 
  • Strong understanding of customer success KPIs and reporting. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. 
  • Comfort using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Hubspot, PlanHat). 
  • A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
