Own the quality frontier of enterprise data. We’re hiring a Principal Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy across our next‑gen data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services, IDMC, and EBX. You’ll embed automated validation, lineage checks, and regression testing directly into CI/CD, ensuring every data pipeline is resilient, reliable, and built for scale.

You’ll drive advanced automation and AI‑powered assurance, applying shift‑left/shift‑right practices to accelerate delivery without sacrificing control. With deep skills in T‑SQL, Python, PySpark, Playwright, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and REST/Graph APIs, you’ll set the standard for quality in modern analytics aligned to frameworks like NIST CSF, DORA, and ITIL v4.

What You’ll Do:

 

 

  • Build AI solutions using Python, Azure AI Services, Prompt Flow, and Azure AI Search.
  • Develop and deploy AI features such as chatbots, RAG pipelines, and semantic search.
  • Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews.
  • Create unit/integration tests and implement observability across model and pipeline lifecycles.
  • Tune and validate models for performance, fairness, explainability, and data quality.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and user stories.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote responsible AI practices.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and monitoring.

 

What you bring: 

 
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building AI/ML applications.
  • Experience with OpenAI SDK, scikit‑learn, Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure ML, Prompt Flow, Vector Search.
  • Ability to build reproducible training/inference pipelines integrated with CI/CD.
  • Experience with REST APIs and writing OpenAPI 3.0+ specifications.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and embeddings for retrieval systems.
  • Solid understanding of responsible AI principles and model explainability.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and logging strategies.
  • Understanding of chatbot and AI‑assisted application architectures.
