Your Role
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) in Farnborough, UK which is a Fulltime role.
Solution Design & Development
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high‑performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies (React/Angular).
- Develop and customize components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Build responsive and intuitive UI components with a strong frontend focus.
- Integrate AEM with backend services, APIs, and third‑party systems.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑production support.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and its associated libraries and features
- Indepth experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring Spring Boot Spring MVC and Hibernate
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like React Angular frameworks
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience on React 16 Framework
- Knowledge of relational databases SQL and ObjectRelational Mapping ORM technologies like JPA
- Experience with version control systems GitHUb AgileScrum methodologies and CICD practices
- Understanding of microservices architecture RESTful APIs and other relevant architectural patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems and propose innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
