As Restaurant Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll own and organise the front-of-house operation, leading a large, diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This is a senior, hands-on role for a floor-led leader who thrives on developing people, running a busy restaurant to the highest standards, and driving impactful projects that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service at every moment
  • Inspire, coach and develop the front-of-house team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
  • Be a visible presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
  • Work closely with the General Manager and senior team to drive performance and results
  • Own guest experience, service recovery and feedback with confidence and care
  • Support recruitment, training, engagement and progression across the FOH team

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant
  • Proven experience leading service and events in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
  • A natural people leader who builds motivated, high-performing teams
  • Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, drink and memorable guest experiences
  • Values-led, collaborative and proud to run a great restaurant
