We are seeking experienced Job Title: Adobe AEM PM with strong expertise in banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Product Ownership Strategy
  • Define product vision roadmap and backlog for Adobe AEM Assets and Workfront
  • Align platform capabilities with enterprise marketing creative and content operations needs
  • Own endtoend lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization
  • Prioritize features based on business value user feedback and technical feasibility
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary liaison between business users Marketing Creative Ops Brand
  • Compliance and technical teams
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into user stories
  • Manage executive stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress risks and KPIs
    AEM Assets DAM

Your Skills:

  • Partner with UX and brand teams to improve findability reuse and compliance
  • Ensure integration with AEM Sites Adobe Creative Cloud and downstream channels
  • Adobe Workfront Responsibilities
  • Lead Workfront implementation and optimization for project task and resource management
  • Design and manage workflows for intake approvals creative operations and delivery
  • Drive adoption across marketing creative and delivery teams
  • Configure dashboards reports and KPIs for leadership visibility
  • Delivery Agile Execution
  • Own backlog grooming sprint planning and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with architects developers and QA teams
  • Ensure scalable secure and compliant platform design
  • Support release planning and postlaunch optimization
  • Governance Optimization
  • Define platform governance model operating procedures and best practices
  • Track success metrics adoption throughput timetomarket asset reuse compliance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Support audits risk management and ongoing enhancements
