About the role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Campaigns Manager to join our small, but busy team in the Faculty of Engineering and Design here at the University of Bath.
If you are someone who thrives on the development and delivery of innovative and compelling marketing campaigns to a diverse range of international stakeholders across a mix of online and offline marketing channels, then this could be the role for you!
As Campaigns Manager you will lead on the planning, development and implementation of the Faculty’s integrated, imaginative and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will ensure all campaigns are strategically designed to target key stakeholder audiences. Helping to ensure the team achieve the Faculty and University’s objectives for recruitment, research reputation and internationalisation across the UK and internationally.
The Marketing and Web Team is responsible for the timely and effective communication of the Faculty’s rich and diverse taught courses and research portfolio.
We plan, deliver and track the effectiveness of campaigns across a range of marketing channels including:
- Web
- Social Media
- Digital advertising platforms
- Email communications
- Events
Our campaigns are tailored to key stakeholder groups based both within the UK and internationally and are highly targeted to ensure the campaigns contribute to the achievement of commercial and strategic objectives. We are a small, proactive and busy team looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the continued development and delivery of our campaign activities.
You will have proven experience in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of online and offline channels and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and the achievement of strategic organisational objectives. Experience of the higher education sector is desirable as is a professional marketing qualification, such as CIM or equivalent.

This role will be known internally as Faculty Campaigns Manager and is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term (maternity cover) basis until 19 April 2027.
