Sales Administrator – Global Key Accounts

Location: Southampton

Contract: Part time – Monday – Friday, 17.5 hours per week

 

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Global Key Accounts team in Southampton, supporting key accounts and ensuring premium service delivery across our customer portfolio.

As a Sales Administrator, you will act as the service owner for assigned key customers, ensuring contracted service solutions are delivered consistently and efficiently.

You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the premium service ONE provides, acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues and working closely with Key Account Executives to provide valuable insights into service performance, quality, and business opportunities.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration Management – prioritise and complete daily tasks linked to the billing of invoices and establish a right first time process

  • Records Management  – Assist the Inside Sales team with filing of customer rates and schedule details

  • Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong colleague and client relationships

  • Digital Transformation – Promote and support the adoption of digital tools and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

 

Key Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of liner shipping and customer service delivery (desirable)

  • Confident with digital platforms and technical tools

  • Advanced English level

  • Strong customer focus and service mindset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Organised, dependable, and adaptable
