About the role

We're searching for an IT & D Regional Senior Manager with an innovative spirit to help lead Reckitt's technological growth in the UK. Your responsibilities

– Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to hit business targets and drive growth.
– Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in service delivery.
– Cultivate and sustain relationships with crucial stakeholders, creating robust networks across the business landscape.
– Analyse market dynamics and competitor approaches to seize emerging opportunities.
– Adhere to company policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while managing budgets prudently.
– Champion digital strategies, cyber security, data privacy, and digital transformation projects company-wide.

The experience we're looking for

– Proven background in senior management within the IT & D sector.
– Track record of driving business performance and meeting commercial objectives.
– Accomplished in leadership, with refined people management capabilities.
– Skilled in communication, capable of connecting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
– Agile and efficient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
– Expertise in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and stakeholder relationship management.

US salary ranges

USD $168,000.00 –  $252,000.00
