Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Circa £60,000 (Depending on Skills & Experience)

Permanent / Fulltime / 37 hours per week (Flexible working available)

Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. You will be leading the delivery on the most strategically important business change projects, ensuring realisation of strategic objectives and benefits within an agreed timescale and cost. You will collaborate with SME’s across the business from all part of the project lifecycle providing structure, leadership, innovation, and expertise.

What you’ll be doing

* Lead and manage key initiatives against defined objectives and benefits, as a trusted partner to senior business sponsors.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of initiatives to time, cost and quality.

* Take initiatives through the project Lifecyle from initiation, business case, delivery and close down.

* Work as part of a wider Programme team, with specialties in change management, PMO and more, dependent on initiative.

* Coach and mentor members of the project analyst and project manager community, providing expert advice and guidance.

* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and systems

What we’re looking for

* Recognised project management qualification (Prince 2, MSP, or APM)

* Experienced project manager with history of large scale transformation delivery.

*Experience with Operating model development, business case development and RAID Management.

* Good communication, negotiation and people skills, effective communicator at all levels and active listening
