Salary: £25,989 – £26,824

Hours per week: 37 hours

Join our School Effectiveness Team as a Team Administrator to support the smooth operation of our services. This support role will require the successful candidate to problem-solve, make decisions within established procedures, and effectively communicate with managers.

Your responsibilities include managing multiple tasks, providing solutions, and meeting deadlines as part of our friendly, customer focused team. You will work within the Business Support Team, handling a wide range of administrative duties relating to school improvement from arranging training events for schools and monitoring traded activity to managing procurement processes. There will be opportunities for professional development and to learn new skills.

The ideal candidate should have prior admin experience, proficiency with Microsoft systems, other databases and information processing systems, strong communication skills, and either A levels/National Diploma or equivalent experience along with ITQ 2 or equivalent ICT skills.
