Famehouse is seeking a driven individual to join our teams as Coordinator, Retail & Licensing Campaigns. This role will report into Famehouse, but will work closely with our label partners to support artists across genres, including some of the largest artist brands and IP in music history.

You will help our Campaign Managers and wider team drive global merch impact across retail and licensing, with occasional support for other channels. Collaborating closely with departments across Famehouse, UMG, and our label partners, you will help to deliver amazing merch experiences via retail & licensing for our artists and—most importantly—their fans.

Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and bring a passion for music and the culture of music fans across decades and genres.

How You’ll CREATE:

  • Support Campaign Managers across Famehouse’s team supporting UMe, Bravado, Verve, UMLE, and Virgin, handling all support & administrative tasks to execute global retail and licensing activations
    • Provide occasional support for D2C and tour campaigns; opportunity to cross-train to develop expertise in these channels
  • Coordinate Retail and Licensing Activities:
    • Manage design approvals across systems across the concept and physical process.
    • Compile global retail and licensor design submissions and put into client ready format for artist review
    • Communicate approvals to cross functional teams and manage the product life cycle from sampling to production to release
    • Work with campaign manager, account manager and licensees to ensure that assets are made available.
    • Photo shoots for retail product submissions to artists.
  • Manage product sample tracking for artists and partners.
  • Occasionally assist in creation of presentations and reporting as needed.
  • Provide research related to the roster of artists.
  • Assist in the creation of artwork requests related to each channel of business
  • General admin including meeting scheduling, expense reports, occasional travel booking

Bring your VIBE:

  • 1-2+ year of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music, entertainment, or merchandise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
  • Extremely organized with superior time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high quality work
  • Pro-active is your middle name. Excellent at providing information to team members before they even get the chance to ask you for what they need!
  • Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google docs
  • Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required
  • Strong interest in learning more about Retail, Licensing and Artist Merchandise Operations and Marketing
  • A passion for the music & fan culture is a must. Candidates should bring an excitement to serve the artist community and deliver exceptional experiences for their fans.
