What the day will look like

 

In this role, you will support finance teams globally, contributing to system improvements and delivering high-quality reporting and insights.

 

  • Provide technical support to global finance teams, proactively managing system issues
  • Support design, build, testing, and deployment of finance systems
  • Drive improvements in management information through system enhancements
  • Deliver and develop monthly management reporting for global collaborators
  • Provide technical training and support system adoption across countries
  • Execute and document control testing processes
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and IT project teams
  • Support development of reporting tools and finance system capabilities

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

  • Experience in Financial SSC/BPO environment (approx. 2–3 years)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong command of MS Office tools
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience in finance systems implementation or development
  • Project management experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
