It will be a 5 days out of 7 role
Must have a driving licence as we have numerous sports ground and boarding houses off site that we deliver too
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager with a strong background in premium food and catering services to join our team at one of our prestigious education settings.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional events that leave a lasting impression — from intimate private dinners to large-scale functions — this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in a high-quality environment.
Based at the renowned independent boarding school Eastbourne College, you will support the delivery of high-end hospitality services for an exclusive clientele. The role involves overseeing events featuring fine dining, sports hospitality at several locations & hospitality events throughout school for both parents and pupils
The role will also include duty management of core feeding & supporting the cafe supervisor
Support the Director of Catering in overseeing day-to-day catering operations ensuring a high-quality and consistent service.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent food standards and customer experience.
- Supervise and motivate catering teams to perform efficiently and with pride.
- Help manage stock ordering and supplier relationships in line with budgetary targets.
- Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and compliance with all relevant policies.
- Assist in planning and executing hospitality events and term-time functions
