About the Role
This is an exciting time to be joining the Early Years and Childcare Sufficiency Team. This role will play an integral part in the team’s expansion of the school aged childcare programme. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident to deliver support and advice to headteachers, school governors and childcare providers.  

About you
The Successful applicant will be well organised, a good communicator and able to understand and articulate the essentials for running a sustainable childcare provision.  Candidates must possess a solid grasp of the options available to schools wishing to expand or open new provision. They should be knowledgeable about employer responsibilities and able to direct providers to appropriate sources of expert advice. 
Applicants must possess the skills needed to audit grant funded projects and be confident when asking for evidence to support the delivery of developments.

    Your office base may be subject to change as we are currently transitioning between temporary and permanent office locations due to the closure of County Hall. If this is applicable to you, you will be notified, but no reimbursement will apply in respect of travel.
