Senior Marketing Executive – TPI & Broker Marketing – London, UK

About the Role

Join a team that helps shape how EDF connects with one of its most important sales channels. If you enjoy partner marketing, influencing commercial outcomes and turning insight into action, this could be your next move. At EDF, Success is Personal and this is your opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Marketing Executive – TPI & Broker Marketing, you’ll play a key role in strengthening EDF’s engagement with third-party intermediaries (TPIs) and energy brokers. You’ll create targeted marketing activity that builds stronger relationships, supports commercial growth and helps brokers understand EDF’s supply and wider energy solutions.

You’ll join us on a starting salary of £46,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential for an annual bonus. This hybrid role can be based in either #London or #Exeter. You’ll work from your local EDF office 2 to 3 days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely.

Working within a commercially important B2B energy market, you’ll own and deliver targeted broker and TPI marketing activity, working closely with the Marketing Manager – Supply and Sales to translate commercial priorities into effective campaigns and engagement and work with wider stakeholders to understand TPI segmentation, growth priorities and customer insight, using these to develop increasingly targeted marketing activity.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with specialist experience in indirect marketing, channel marketing or partner marketing. You’ll be commercially focused, data-driven and confident working across multiple stakeholder groups. Are you experienced in…

  • Marketing through intermediaries, channel partners, brokers, distributors or another indirect B2B route to market
  • Developing audience segmentation strategies and creating targeted engagement plans for partner audiences
  • Planning and delivering integrated B2B campaigns, communications and engagement programmes.
  • Working closely with Sales or account teams to support commercial priorities and opportunities.
  • Using CRM to segment TPI audiences, track engagement and increasingly connect marketing activity with opportunities and commercial outcomes
  • Creating targeted campaigns, communications and engagement activity that strengthen TPI relationships and support commercial growth
  • Using campaign data and customer insight to test, learn and improve performance.
  • Building strong relationships across Sales, Marketing and wider stakeholder groups.
  • Translating complex products and propositions into clear, compelling communications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver targeted TPI and broker marketing plans across Mid-Market and Large Business, aligned to the wider Supply strategy.
  • Work with Sales to understand TPI segmentation and translate insight into targeted marketing activity.
  • Develop campaigns, communications and engagement programmes that strengthen broker relationships and support growth.
  • Use CRM and performance data to track engagement, identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Support TPI engagement through relevant communications, events and other relationship-building activity.
  • Help TPIs understand EDF’s wider portfolio of energy products and services, supporting opportunities beyond commodity supply.
  • Measure outcomes, share learning and continually improve activity based on what genuinely drives engagement and commercial opportunity.
