Head of Change and Communications – S4/Hana Transformation – Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2BB
Contract – Full-Time

Leadership of the overall change management strategy and how that brings together the workstreams of change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training

Lead regular status updates as part of the project reporting cadence

Assurance of quality outputs and use of best practice tools, templates and methodologies across all change enablement workstreams

Take the lead in identifying and driving significant cultural shifts

Own the overall `narrative’ for Project Vision and ensure the provision of high-quality communications plans and assets in collaboration with the comms lead

Responsible for collaborative ways of working with overall Greencore communications lead, to ensure that updates on the project compliment overall communications plans and maximise existing channels

Support activities to promote effective stakeholder engagement across Project Vision team, in collaboration with the transformation director

Take responsibility for overall stakeholder management plan, and progress reporting in relation to stakeholder engagement

Direction, planning and execution of the communications plan, ensuring full integration with other workstreams and alignment with critical path activities

Overall accountability for the effective provision of high-quality training which is exactly suited to the needs of Greencore stakeholders in collaboration with the training lead

Responsible for developing the strategy to ensure that all training attributes remain relevant and up to date in the future

Lead close collaboration between the Project Vision training lead, and overall Greencore training team

Quality assurance on all training attributes

Oversee the deliver of all process visualisations in collaboration with the process leads

Take responsibility for developing strategies to ensure process visualisations and role mapping activities are designed in a way that they are sustainable practices and future fit (e.g. including exploring the use of technology to support with this)

Provide quality assurance on effective completion of role mapping activities
- Able to influence without formal authority (persuasive, consensus builder, good communicator)
- Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to see the `big picture’
- Strong people management skills
- Proficient in project management processes and associated tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira)
- Deep understanding of how to manage change relating to technology implementations
- Strong understanding of change management processes, specifically stakeholder management
- Experience of leading change in relation to an ERP roll-out (preferably S4 HANA)
- Experience in leading cultural shifts
- Experience of managing large scale transformation programme would be preferred
- Previous experience of working at a senior management level would be preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to see `the big picture’ and a strong focus on outcomes
- Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking
- Highly people focused
- Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach.
- Ability to travel to sites across the UK as required
