Summary
As a Technical Programme Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex technology programmes and partner integrations that support the international business strategy.
You’ll work across Product, Architecture, Engineering and business teams to ensure initiatives are planned effectively, governed well and delivered to agreed outcomes. This role brings people, plans and priorities together, helping teams manage dependencies, navigate risks and deliver successful outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology programmes and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes against agreed scope, timelines and quality measures.
- Shape delivery plans from approved business requirements and establish effective governance, reporting and delivery rhythms.
- Coordinate work across multiple teams, suppliers and partners, managing dependencies and maintaining alignment throughout delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions and changes, providing clear recommendations and timely escalation where needed.
- Champion stakeholder communication, implementation planning, operational readiness and continuous improvement through lessons learned.
Who you are
- You bring experience delivering complex technology programmes or projects within cross-functional environments.
- Comfortable working with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Experienced in programme planning, governance, dependency management and balancing business priorities with delivery commitments.
- Able to manage suppliers, implementation partners and third-party vendors while navigating risks, issues and change effectively.
- Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills and an understanding of technology delivery, systems integration and Agile or hybrid ways of working.
