We’re looking for a hands-on AI Technical Lead to drive the development of scalable, well-governed data and AI solutions that align with our broader business and technology strategies. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead a small, agile squad, bringing deep expertise and current market insight to shape how we design, build, and scale AI capabilities. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering early value through real-world use cases. You’ll define the technical direction of your team, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve our data and AI platforms.

What you’ll do
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and well-governed data and AI solutions.
- Defining the technical direction for a small, agile AI engineering squad and mentoring team members.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and deliver early value through rapid prototyping.
- Driving hands-on technical excellence through development, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
- Ensuring ethical AI practices, robust governance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
