Help us build a smoother, smarter employee experience. In this role, you’ll shape ServiceNow solutions that power HR and workplace services every day. From onboarding journeys to booking tools, you’ll be hands-on across modules and learn the platform as you go.
What you will do:
- Configure HR workflows that keep people moving
- Build and refresh the Employee Center portal
- Create clear, helpful knowledge articles
- Support onboarding/offboarding templates
- Set up desk and room booking features
- Test workflows and spot issues early
- Help employees with system-related questions
- Keep documentation up to date
- Build simple dashboards to track key metrics
- Support FSM and other ServiceNow modules
What you will bring:
- Education or experience in a relevant field
- Understanding of HR or workplace processes
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, UI policies, business rules).
- Interest in improving employee experience
- Comfort with data and detail
- Strong communication and support skills
- Basic ServiceNow knowledge and eagerness to grow
