Job Title: Apprentice Curriculum Administrator – Engineering & Manufacturing (Level 2)
Salary: Apprenticeship Rates – £14,874 – £23,555 (dependant on age)
About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Help make sure the Curriculum delivery team runs smoothly by organising documents for course sign-ups and completions.
  • Keep student and apprentice records up-to-date, including attendance, job outcomes, changes, and other reports.
  • Handle phone calls and in-person questions from both internal staff and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through newsletters and updates to parents.
  • Assist with student enrolments and work with the central MIS/Marketing teams during the main enrolment period.
  • Work with your manager to help plan and support College events like parents’ evenings, open evenings, and award ceremonies.

About You

We are looking for someone who: 

  • A genuine interest in helping others, particularly when interacting with students, parents, and staff.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software
  • Able to adjust to changing situations and tasks quickly, especially when supporting enrolments or attending college events.
  • A positive attitude towards the role, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

  • Understanding of how to enter, update, and maintain student data accurately. Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality rules is important
