How we LEAD:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Assistant, D2C Operations to support the Senior Manager and Manager within our eCommerce operations team. This role focuses on day-to-day execution across multiple Shopify stores, assisting with launches, ongoing maintenance, and operational support.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is highly organized, and can quickly adjust priorities as business needs change. Responsibilities will shift week to week based on team needs and active initiatives.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Assist with product setup, updates, and maintenance across eCommerce stores.
  • Support the setup and upkeep of store environments, including product details, images, pricing, and customer-facing content.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the eCommerce stores by managing site settings, implementing updates for launches and promotions, monitoring performance, and addressing basic technical issues.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring and coordinating restocks.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including fulfillment, customer service, creative, tech and account teams, to support smooth operations.
  • Assist with reporting by pulling and compiling data from multiple systems to support inventory management, sales tracking, and chart reporting validation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and flag process gaps when appropriate.
  • Serve as a liaison with artist management and legal teams.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating functionality, documenting issues, and supporting launch readiness.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other departments by assisting with projects and operational tasks as needed.

Bring your VIBE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional environment; eCommerce, merchandising, or operations experience is a plus.
  • Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Trustworthy when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) during major launches or peak periods may be required.
