Middlesbrough Council’s Environment Services is offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. This apprenticeship role provides an excellent foundation to develop essential administrative skills while working within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Service Performance Officer and Business Support Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Assist with the assignment of OSS (Operational Service Standards), corporate complaints, and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to the relevant managers.

Work collaboratively across the Environment and Community Services (ECS) department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Contribute to maintaining accurate records and databases.

Provide general administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality service within Environment Services.
