About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Analyst with strong functional expertise to support large-scale Workplace & End‑User Computing (EUC) transformation programmes. This role focuses on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, process change, training, communications, and user adoption—ensuring that infrastructure initiatives (e.g., modern workplace, endpoint upgrades, collaboration tools, device refresh, identity & access changes) are successfully delivered and embedded across the organisation.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Profile

Change Management & Business Readiness

  • Lead end‑to‑end change management activities for Workspace Infrastructure initiatives, including Modern Workplace, M365 adoption, device/OS upgrades, and VDI changes.
  • Conduct business impact assessments across roles, user groups, operations, and processes.
  • Define readiness criteria, adoption KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Manage pilots, UAT engagement, early‑adopter feedback, and go‑live readiness checks for rollout waves.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Build strong relationships with business units, senior stakeholders, operational leaders, frontline teams, and support functions.
  • Create stakeholder maps and tailored engagement plans for different user segments.

Training & Adoption Enablement

  • Assess training needs and develop role‑based learning materials.
  • Deliver demos, workshops, roadshows, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Partner with Learning teams to publish materials across LMS, SharePoint, and Intranet channels.
  • Monitor adoption, user sentiment, and post‑go‑live trends to drive continuous improvement.

Business Process Alignment

  • Document process changes, workflow adjustments, and operating model impacts resulting from infrastructure upgrades.
  • Work with business teams to embed updated procedures, controls, and policy requirements.

Ensure BAU support teams (Service Desk, TechOps) have updated SOPs, knowledge articles, and runbook

Governance, Reporting & Assurance

  • Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks/issues with appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Track progress against readiness indicators and adoption metrics.
  • Support go/no‑go decisions through structured reporting and evidence‑based recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

Business & Change Management

  • Strong experience delivering business change in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to design and execute change/adoption plans across diverse user populations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication planning, and end‑user engagement.
  • Experience in impact assessments, readiness checks, and process alignment.

Functional Knowledge of Workspace Infrastructure

Technical ownership not required, but understanding is valuable.

Knowledge of end‑user technologies such as:

  • Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Modern device management (Intune / MECM basics)
  • VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon)
  • Identity & Access (Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA)

Understanding how infrastructure changes affect users, business processes, and support functions is essential.

Delivery & Governance

  • Experience working within Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with Programme/Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
