Salary:
Searcys are looking for a Cafe Manager to lead on a seasonal project during the months of July, August and September.
This project will be to set up and run a pop up Cafe based in the grounds of Buckingham Palace. This will take place over the summer season allowing day visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery and be able to dine with Searcys and be served a selection of pastries, sandwiches and of course strawberries and cream.

We are looking for an experienced Cafe' Manager to join the team on a 3 month contract.
Full Time Role
£18 per hour
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To make sure that the Cafe' runs smoothly

To ensure the guest experience is always maintained to the highest standard

To continuously work towards improving sales and service

Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring

Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in people management
- Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
- Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
- Creative, positive energy, self-directed, amiable, and composed under pressure; helpful and humble
