Internal Secondment Opportunity: Change Management Partner (Maternity Cover) Organisational Development (Change Team) Full time, fixed term maternity cover for 12 months or earlier return of postholder Are you looking to broaden your experience and play a key role in shaping the future of the University? Our small, vibrant Change Team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join us for a 12-month secondment. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in high-profile, strategic projects while developing your professional network across the institution. The Role As a Change Manager, you will lead the people-focused elements of two major strategic initiatives and provide dedicated support to a specific School. Your work will ensure that our staff and students are supported, informed, and engaged through periods of transition. Key Responsibilities: Academic Calendar Year Project: Work in close partnership with the Project Manager to design and deliver comprehensive change management activities. GLOW Conversations: Act as the primary liaison for specific Schools and Professional Services, supporting the smooth implementation of GLOW across these areas. Change Partnering: Serve as a dedicated Change Partner for one School, providing expert guidance and support for their specific change-related activities. Facilitation & Engagement: Design and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive project momentum. What’s in it for you?
