Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring kitchen standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.

Manage and maintain your designated section efficiently.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new dishes and refine existing ones.

Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Maintain inventory control and assist in stock ordering when required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
