Job Purpose and Summary

 

  • To undertake all operational and administrative duties required to organize and carry out the responsibilities required of the MPS team.  These duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Administer and record-keeping all aspects of MPS contracts and machines in field for quick, efficient and accurate data.
  • Initiate the MPS pricing and Finance costing sheet

What we give

  • Preparation of review decks for small accounts for all three Ops ( 500 accounts across DORGS)
  • MPS Ad-hoc Reporting – Internal & external – To deliver accurate and timely reports facilitating the sales team or the client required to manage their accounts and work on contracts renewals
  • Monitor and update the MPS contracts/ amendments up to date and liaise between stakeholders for periodic updates
