Position: Concierge Officer

Basis: Permanent, Full Time (38.5 hours per week average – 12 hr shifts inclusive of breaks, Rolling pattern of 4 weeks days / 4 weeks nights. Shift Schedule: Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun | Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri rolling)

Salary: £30,095 + 15% Shift Allowance

Location: Coventry, CV1 5GX

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only.
  •  Conducting checks of sites to ensure they are safe and secure. Need to be fit and healthy to undertake the walking of multiple sites when on duty.
  •  Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including evidencing and reporting of anti-social behaviour, hazards, building/fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies.
  •  Visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
  •  As a member of the Concierge Team you will often be the first point of contact where you will be able to assist, direct and find a solution to queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

  •  A professional and positive approach to customer service
  •  Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  •  Ability to work on your own and within a team and be proactive in finding solutions to challenging issues
  •  Full driving licence and ICT competence
