Contract Support Team Member – Manchester
40 Hours per week
Monday – Friday
£13.20 per hour
An opportunity has arisen for a contract support team member to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the for the Network Rail contract, ensuring all deadlines are met.
This role is working Monday – Friday based in our Manchester office.
What you’ll do:
– Provide administrational support to the Contract Team ensuring that accurate records are kept.
– Log and report all parking faults directly with equipment maintainers, chase up outstanding jobs/engineers, monitor attendance times for KPI’s and create and maintain an accurate tracking database
– Provide a customer focused service to the customer/client.
– Answer questions and provide information to the customer, the client and the public.
– Maintain Taxi Parking Portal records, processing applications and permit production
– Maintain Staff Parking Portal data, ensuring compliance with DfT process
– To provide management information/reports as and when necessary for the Contract Team
