Salary: up to £27,000

We are seeking a passionate and solution-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Support. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support to our commercial customers, ensuring effective communication and resolving issues promptly. Your commitment to providing best-in-class customer service will be instrumental in retaining existing customers and welcoming new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, owning problems through to resolution.
- Assist customers with our Road Risk Management platforms to enhance self-sufficiency.
- Communicate professionally via all applicable channels.
- Record and manage expressions of dissatisfaction through the complaints process.
- Respond to cases within agreed SLA metrics using our case management systems.
- Build positive relationships with customers and partners.
- To process manual license checks, from mandate approval through to license result and ensure individual driver records are updated accordingly
- Adhere to Data Protection and GDPR policies when handling customer data.

About You:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Passionate and empathetic in delivering customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
