Job Purpose and Summary
Canon are hiring for an exciting new role responsible for driving and delivering new & existing business.
You will be working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams for Canon UK, establishing contact with designated customers or prospects, and pro-actively generate, manage and close sales opportunities for Canon’s range of products.

What we ask

You will identify and pass on sales opportunities that may be more suited to Field sales, or provide customer information & issues to the appropriate function within Canon.

You will be contacting existing and potential customers by telephone informing them of Canon’s range of products and services, and generating demand.

Using your experience, you’ll ensure that customer issues are handled by the appropriate team and manage the customer account through the lifetime of the sale.

You’ll actively track, communicate and escalate sales opportunities to other departments where required.

You will also be sharing customer knowledge with other departments to enable “cross selling”.

On a daily basis you will carry out appropriate administration tasks applicable to the role, follow best practice and make recommendations for improvement.

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home
