Location: Europe (Hybrid/Regional Travel Required)
Contract: Permanent

AB Vista is seeking a EMEA Senior Swine Technical Manager to provide technical leadership and strategic direction across the European region. This role is fully focused on technical excellence in swine, supporting business growth, product positioning, innovation, and customer success through close collaboration with commercial, R&D, marketing, and service teams.
This position plays a critical role in enhancing our technical leadership in Europe, ensuring consistency, credibility, and impact across key markets
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop technical strategies for the Swine business and monitor their implementation to ensure global alignment.
- Develop innovative solutions requiring deep technical knowledge and collaborate with the sales team to support product sales across all sectors.
- Provide technical support to EMEA for the Swine business sales team, distributors and key customers.
- Work closely with Business Managers responsible for the territory as well as other members of the wider EMEA technical team to plan and deliver technical support that generates and sustains sales.
- Work with the Service Department to ensure that developed strategies and services are technically sound and supported with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to align research and development initiatives with the company’s overall strategy.
- Partner with the EMEA Marketing and Business departments to monitor and communicate the company’s strategy, facilitating the sales of products and services.
What you’ll bring:
- 11 years experience on commercial animal production and feed additive sales.
- Project management and product development.
- Experience to work on different markets and regions.
- At least 8 years experience managing cross skills team.
- Fluent in English and another language.
- Fluent in a third language.
- Experience at commercial activities through product and service sales.
