Are you thinking of starting a career in Pensions? If so we may have the perfect opportunity for you, we are currently looking for a Employer Services Assistant to join our team!

The Wiltshire Pension Fund provides the pension administration for the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for the Wiltshire area. This involves the management of over £3 billion of assets and serves over 170 employer organisations providing pensions to more than 80,000 members.

As a Employer Services Assistant within the Pensions Fund’s Employer Services Team, you will be providing administrative support alongside assisting with quality control checks on incoming work and processing various tasks which will play a crucial role in enhancing the team’s efficiency. This role would be a great for someone with some office experience, to gain experience in this interesting and important area of work.

Our Ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in numeracy alongside a track record of excellent customer service and organisational skills. This role would be suited to an individual with a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach, and outstanding problem-solving skills. While prior experience in pensions is desirable, it is not essential and candidates without such experience will be considered.
