The Facilities Management Regional Contract Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall success of contract operations and mobilization projects within the UK and EMEA regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maximizing client satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation.
  • Ability to gain trust and support of top-level management and key client decision makers.
  • Experienced client relationship manager.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective management of people at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to EMEA regions when required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles, with a focus on contract operations and mobilization.
  • Professional certifications in facilities management or contract management are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Oversee the lifecycle of facilities management contracts, ensuring contract terms are met and service delivery meets company standards.
  • Lead contract mobilization efforts, managing the transition from contract award to full operational capability.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align facilities management strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracted services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure that contracts provide a healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both NEWMARK and Vendor activities, and systems operate to ensure regular review.
  • Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations and standards in all areas of facilities management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and reporting between teams, clients, and management.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and clients.
  • Travel to EMEA regions as needed to oversee operations and meet with stakeholders.
